Creamy Shrimp Linguine

ingredients

1 lb shrimp

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp minced garlic

1/4 cup heavy cream

1/3 cup sundried tomatoes

6 serving linguine

1 tsp lemon juice

3 cups raw spinach

seasoning salt (to taste)

parmesan (optional)

red pepper flakes (optional )



  1. Boil salted water in a large water
  2. While water is coming to a boil, peel shrimp.
  3. In a sauce pan, melt butter.
  4. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Add spinach and cook until it starts to wilt.
  6. Add sundried tomatoes. Cook until heated and spinach is mostly done.
  7. Move the vegetables to the outside of the pan and add shrimp to skillet.
  8. Season with seasoning salt, salt, and pepper. Add lemon juice to shrimp. Cook for around 3 minutes until shrimp are pink.
  9. Add heavy whipping cream. Mix together.
  10. Drain pasta and add to skillet. Toss.

Use peeled shrimp to save on time.
